Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are musculoskeletal experts treating the muscles, tendons, bones, joints, ligaments and nerves of the body. We diagnose and treat people of all ages. Many of our patients have injuries, disabilities, or other health conditions that require physical therapy intervention. Sports-Related Injuries

We can help you recover from any sports injury or accident. The most common joints we treat for sports related injuries are the arm, knee, the shoulder, and the ankle. We often use manual therapy and sports specific strategies to get you back to doing what you love. We can also develop a sports therapy program for you to prevent future injuries

Sciatica Pain

We can help find the root cause of your sciatica pain and we use a variety of manual, soft tissue techniques and corrective exercises to relieve posterior tension and discomfort - Treatment goals include relieving pain, reducing muscle spasm and helping our patients to perform functional movements and day to day activities without discomfort.

Neck Pain

We apply a variety of treatments to reduce pain and stiffness, improve head and neck range of motion, strengthen the neck and its supporting musculature and provide strategies to prevent pain from recurring

Back Pain

We use a variety of methods to address back pain. Sports massage, spinal manipulation, cupping, corrective exercise, and therapeutic modalities are commonly used following a full evaluation

Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain can be devastating. Through manual therapy, corrective patterning, taping strategies and other therapeutic methods - we can help get rid of your shoulder pain and get you back to doing what you love without pain.

Foot and Ankle Pain

We can help you address a wide range of foot and ankle symptoms, including pain, plantar fasciitis, joint instability and loss of motion. The foot and ankle complex is critical for everyday activities. We can get you back to your highest level of function without dealing with pain.

Hamstring and Groin Strains

We can help you recover from strains and will tailor your treatment plan to the severity of the injury. Gentle massage and soft tissue mobilization help release muscle tension and improve blood flow and Electrotherapy may be used in some cases to manage pain

Orthopedic/Neuromuscular Injury

We can help get you back on track with your daily activities after surgery, an injury, accident, or illness. We work to integrate all of your bodily systems — especially your neurological and cardiovascular systems — with your musculoskeletal system to treat your injury or condition appropriately

Shin Splints

If you’re suffering from shin splints, we can help. We use a variety of techniques to help relieve pain and strengthen weak muscles, We will also recommend ways to alter your training schedules to safely return to sport, and offer specific guidance for reducing the possibility of reinjury

Post-Surgical Conditions

We are here to help you recover from your surgery. We work closely with you and your doctor to understand your surgery and develop a rehabilitation program to help reduce pain, normalize your walking, improve your range of motion, and prevent excessive scar tissue buildup. Additionally, we also help you regain your balance, strength, and mobility

Acute and Chronic Pain

Successful management of pain relies on an understanding of why someone feels pain. If you have acute pain, we will help diagnose the injured tissue (eg bone, muscle, tendon) and we will work with you to develop a treatment plan to help promote healing, reduce stress and and provide guidance on safely returning to normal activities

Tendinitis

Many common types of tendonitis include tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, pitcher's shoulder, swimmer's shoulder, and jumper's knee. We use a variety of techniques to treat tendinitis including soft tissue massage, stretches and ARPneuro Therapy which uses electrical stimulation to treat the source of pain
