Do We Take Insurance?
To deliver better quality of care without being restricted by the rules and restriction of insurance, we are an out-of-network practice.

If you have insurance, we can provide you a superbill, which is essentially a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for you to receive reimbursement or apply towards your deductible - this will depend on your insurance benefits.

At SDSPT, we offer customized services that consist of a complete hour of dedicated, hands-on treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Most traditional Physical Therapy clinics encounter limitations set by insurance policies, which restrict the time and focus they can provide based on coverage. It is not unusual for patients to share their appointments with others or receive treatment from an aide, which can impede the recovery process. Our effective approach has allowed us to assist individuals in feeling better more rapidly than conventional insurance-based models. In fact, many individuals end up spending less throughout their treatment because they can recover more quickly.

Initial Evaluation (One Hour with a Doctor of Physical Therapy) - $175

Additional treatment sessions - $205 per hour. (package discounts are available for multiple treatments that can reduce these rates significantly).

During your initial evaluation, a doctor of physical therapy will complete an evaluation to identify your physical impairments(s) and the root cause of your condition. They will recommend a personalized treatment plan for your care and recovery. Many PT clinics impose higher fees for their initial evaluation. We offer this service at a reduced rate because we believe it's essential for individuals to obtain a diagnosis, so they can make informed choices regarding their treatment options. Rates for services are clearly listed when you book an appointment on our site. If you require multiple treatment sessions, we do have package rates available.   Please note: Certain DPTs within our practice have higher fees and are currently not accepting new patients.
