Do We Take Insurance?
In order to give you the absolute best care, we are an out-of-network provider.If you have PMO insurance, we can provide you a superbill, which is essentially a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for you to receive reimbursement or apply towards your deductible - this will depend on your insurance benefits.
We do accept HSA/FSA credit card payments. .
Most traditional Physical Therapy clinics are restricted by insurance limitations, and they can only give you as much time and attention as insurance will cover. That’s why you frequently have to share your appointment with other patients and/or be treated by an aid, prolonging your recovery.
At SDSPT, we offer you personalized service including a full hour of dedicated hands-on treatment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Our proven approach has enabled us to help people feel better more quickly than traditional insurance-based models. Many people actually pay less over the course of their treatment, because they are able to recover faster.

Our sessions are $175 - $225 for a full hour appointment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. The rates for services are clearly listed when you book an appointment on our site. If you require multiple treatment sessions, we do have package rates available. Your DPT will conduct a physical examination to identify the root cause(s) of your condition and will discuss treatment recommendations. Unlike most traditional Physical Therapy Clinics, you won't have to share your time with other patients or be treated by a PT Assistant. All sessions will be blocked for 60 minutes, including the last few minutes are reserved for final questions, scheduling, and payment.
